                         Mark is back from Red Bluff, minus a pair of pants and shoes.  It rained almost all weekend and everyone was covered in mud since the event was outdoors at the fairgrounds.  I hear it was a good trip and all the trucks did a great job.  Daron and their new crew guy Jake were supposed to stay in CA for a race in Lakeport but it was canceled so while Mark, David and Kreg Christensen (Iron Outlaw) were flying home they were in the rig on a long drive back to Texas.  As always Mark picked up some good information and great pointers from all the drivers and crew members while he was in Red Bluff.

             The door on the hauler is almost complete which will be nice and one more thing on our list of improvements that can be crossed off.

             Cayson, our nephew, celebrated his 1st birthday at the end of September and it was so fun to see him play with all that chocolate cake.  His dad, Cliff, only had a small anxiety attack with the mess and mom, Melissa, just sat back and enjoyed. 

             Jake and Courtney are trying to set a date for their wedding (sometime next spring…), and although he has the ring he hasn’t officially popped the question.  I think Court is getting a little anxious.

             As we head into another cold winter in Utah I can only hope that with the truck done we can get some inside stuff done on the house (like my craft room…).  Mark hates the cold and how it gets dark so early, we’ll need to keep him busy so he doesn’t get cranky.
